Time & Accounting

 

The Time & Accounting page is a web-based application that is used to review and update the actual shift hours worked by providers. Typically this is done after the shift has been worked to ensure that the correct hours are reflected for payroll etc. Shift hours can be updated by providers via the Tangier Web Personal Calendar's "Sign In/Out" task if allowed by the location or an administrative user can update provider shift hours via this page.

 

 

How to Update Shift Hours

 

 

Shift Status Column

The "Status" column indicates if over/under hours have been entered for a shift. When providers are allowed to enter their own shifts hours via their Tangier Web Personal Calendar's "Sign In/Out" task, this column will also indicate if a provider had a problem and was unable to update their hours. For example, the provider may have waited too long after they worked the shift and the "Sign In/Out" page prevented them from entering their worked times.
