Tangier Web

Tangier Web Swap Request Edit Page

The Swap Request Edit Page displays all swap candidates for a shift and the current response of each candidate (e.g. Accepted, Denied, Pending, Expired).

When multiple swap candidates are selected for a shift, only one of the candidates can accept the request. Once a swap candidate accepts the request, all other swap candidates who have not yet responded  (i.e. the swap request is still in a 'Pending' status) have their requests set to a 'Expired' status. The 'Expired' status indicates that these swap candidates can no longer respond to the accepted request and that the request no longer appears on their Personal Calendar.

Note: If your swap request is accepted, but then the shift is swapped back to you (e.g. the swap candidate realized that they made a mistake in accepting the request), a new swap request must be entered before any additional swap candidates will see your swap request on their Personal Calendar.
