Tangier EPS How to Set\Change the Cut-Off Date for Schedule Requests

| You can set a default request cut-off date for provider schedule requests for future scheduling periods. You can also extend this deadline once a schedule period has been created for the current schedule on which you are working. The default cut-off date for future scheduling periods is set via Tangier EPS. Changing the request cut-off date for an existing schedule period can be done in either Tangier EPS or Tangier Web. |
1) Log onto Tangier EPS and go to the Location Screen's Tangier Web tab.
2) Set the default schedule request cut-off date for future scheduling periods.
3) To change the default schedule request cut-off date, use the Tangier EPS Period Definition dialog.
4) The Period Definition box will display:
5) To extend the deadline via Tangier Web, use the Admin Calendar's 'Period Status' link.
6) Change the request cut-off date via the Tangier Web 'Update Scheduling Period' page.
