Tangier EPS How to Ignore a Provider's Off Requests

| You can use the Ignore Provider Off Requests feature to prevent the requests of providers who rarely work at your location from showing on your location’s request calendar. In addition, this feature will prevent the off requests entered by ignored providers from counting toward your location’s daily off request limit and prevent your location’s request cut-off date etc. from affecting these providers. |
EXAMPLE:
1) Go to the Tangier EPS Location Screen.
2) Go to the Tangier EPS Location Screen Providers tab.
3) Select a provider.
4) Set "Ignore Provider Off Requests" option.
5) View provider information on the Location Screen's 'Providers' tab.
