Tangier EPS How to Hide Providers at a Tangier Location

| If you have providers at your Tangier location that you would like to filter out, you can hide them so they don't show on your provider lists in Tangier EPS and Web. In addition, the off requests for hidden providers will not show on your request calendar, and your location's maximum off requests per day limit will not include off requests from these hidden providers. Finally, your location's request cut-off date and future request limit will also not apply to hidden providers and they will not receive automated emails when your schedule is published. |
1) Go to the Tangier EPS Location Screen.
2) Go to the Tangier EPS Location Screen Providers tab.
3) Select a provider.
4) Set "Hide Provider" option.
5) View provider information on the Location Screen's 'Providers' tab.
6) Hidden providers will not display on the Schedule Screen's Provider Quick List.
7) Hidden providers will not display on the Tangier EPS Off Time Screen's Provider Quick List.
8) Hidden providers will not display on reports.
9) The Tangier Web Admin Calendar's Provider List will not display hidden providers.
10) The Tangier Web Request Calendar's Provider List will not display hidden providers.
11) Hidden providers will not receive the published schedule email notification.
