Tangier EPS How to Add Coverage for a Specific Day

| This help topic explains how to add shift coverage on specific dates; for example, when additional staffing is needed during a holiday. For more permanent changes to a site's shift coverage, the Tangier EPS Location Screen's 'Shift Map' tab should be used, as described in the 'How to Change Shift Times' help topic. |
1) Go to the Tangier EPS Schedule Screen.
2) Select an existing shift to copy as the basis for the new shift.
3) If you have no changes, click Add.
4) If the additional coverage is different from the copied shift, make changes as needed.
5) Manually assign a provider to the new shift.
